By using the BlendMeGreen website, creating an account, placing an order, submitting support requests, or RSVPing for an event, you agree to use the site lawfully and provide accurate information.

You are responsible for keeping account login details secure and for contacting us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing. Product availability, pricing, discounts, taxes, shipping costs, and promotions may change before checkout is completed.

We may cancel or refund an order if an item is unavailable, payment fails, fraud or abuse is suspected, shipping information is incomplete, or an error appears in product, pricing, or inventory information.

We try to present product descriptions, images, sizes, colors, materials, care details, and inventory as accurately as possible. Natural, plant-based, organic, and hand-finished materials may vary in color, texture, weave, weight, or finish.

Color may also vary by screen, lighting, production batch, or photography. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, damaged-item support, cancellation rules, and refund timing are described on the shipping and returns page.

Customers should review those policies before purchase because some items, including used or washed textiles, final-sale items, customized items, gift cards, event tickets, and clearance items, may not be eligible for return.

Discounts must be applied at checkout before payment and cannot always be applied retroactively after an order is placed.

The one-time welcome discount is available only once per eligible customer account after sign-up and is not available on every signed-in purchase. Promotions may exclude shipping, taxes, gift cards, final-sale items, events, or selected products.

Event details, location, timing, capacity, and partner information are shown on each event page. RSVP submission does not guarantee admission unless the event page or confirmation email states otherwise.

If an event is changed or cancelled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees using the email provided. Partnership inquiries can be submitted through the support page and are reviewed by the shop owner.

Customers can contact us through the support page for order, shipping, return, product, account, event, or partnership questions. Please do not send card numbers, passwords, or private payment details through support messages.

We may send transactional emails related to orders, support requests, password resets, shipping updates, event RSVPs, and account/security activity.

BlendMeGreen is not responsible for delays or failures caused by carriers, payment processors, hosting providers, third-party platforms, incorrect customer information, events outside our reasonable control, or misuse of products.

Before launch, these terms should be reviewed by a qualified professional for the store's legal entity, operating locations, product categories, event model, and applicable laws.
