BlendMeGreen collects information needed to operate the storefront and provide customer support, including name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, account details, wishlist activity, saved addresses, support messages, event RSVPs, and partnership inquiry details.

We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, cookies, site activity, and checkout/session data needed to keep the website secure and functional.

We use customer information to process orders and payments, arrange shipping and delivery, provide order support, manage accounts and wishlists, save delivery addresses, send transactional emails, improve site performance, and understand the shopping experience.

We may also use information to detect fraud, abuse, security issues, payment problems, webhook failures, and other activity that could affect customers or the shop.

Payments are processed by Stripe. BlendMeGreen does not store full card numbers in the application database.

We may use trusted service providers such as Stripe, Supabase, Render, Resend, EasyPost, Google OAuth, and other operational tools needed for hosting, checkout, email delivery, shipping, authentication, analytics, support, security, and compliance.

We may use cookies or similar technologies to keep customers signed in, maintain carts, remember preferences, support checkout, protect accounts, improve performance, and understand shopping behavior.

BlendMeGreen uses first-party analytics to understand broad shopping funnel behavior, such as page views, product views, cart activity, and checkout starts. Analytics uses a temporary session identifier in browser session storage, avoids admin pages, stores hashed IP information rather than raw IP addresses, and honors browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.

Some cookies are necessary for the website to function. Any additional third-party analytics or preference tools should be disclosed before launch based on the tools enabled in production.

Customers may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, and order-record obligations.

Transactional emails such as order confirmations, password resets, support confirmations, shipping updates, and security notices are sent because they relate to account, order, or service activity.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect customer information, but no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the store, provide support, meet tax/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security records. BlendMeGreen is not intended for children under 13.
