Shipping, returns, and order support.

We want checkout to feel clear before you place an order. Review how shipping, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and damaged-item support work before you buy.

Shipping policy

BlendMeGreen currently ships within the United States. Orders are processed after successful payment, and most in-stock items ship within 3-7 business days unless a product page states otherwise.

Shipping options, taxes, discounts, and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout before payment. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when tracking is available.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or incorrect address information. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate or cancellation/refund option.

Returns and exchanges

If something is not working for you, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged only when they are unused, unwashed, in original condition, and not marked final sale.

For hygiene and care reasons, used, washed, stained, scented, altered, or customer-damaged textile items cannot be returned. Final sale items, gift cards, event tickets, customized items, and clearance items are not eligible for return unless required by law or unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the product description. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size, color, or variant is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders before they are packed, fulfilled, or shipped. If an order has already shipped, it must follow the returns process after delivery.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a short description of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, first check nearby delivery areas, building mailrooms, front desk areas, and neighbors. If it is still missing, contact support so we can help review the shipment.

Natural materials and product care

BlendMeGreen products may use natural, plant-based, organic, or hand-finished materials. Slight variation in color, texture, weave, weight, or finish may occur and is part of the character of natural goods.

Product photos are shown as accurately as possible, but colors may vary by screen, lighting, and production batch.

Please follow the care instructions on each product page and product label. Damage caused by improper washing, drying, storage, or care is not considered a product defect.

Order support

For order help, contact us through the support page and include your order number when possible. We can help with order confirmations, tracking, address updates before shipment, returns, exchanges, product questions, account access, and event questions.

We aim to respond within 2-3 business days. Please do not send card numbers, passwords, or private payment details through the support form.
